Mango goes to the Doctor

Mango went with us to see my doctor. Dr. Beth is one of my favorite doctors I have. Mango was a little worried that maybe he would have to have some shots, but I assured him that this visit was just for me.
Mango outside by the entrance sign with daddy. Daddy is such a good sport!

Mango was getting REALLY bored waiting to go see the doctor, so he found things to climb on for awhile. He was trying to play "peek-a-boo" with the receptionist but she was too busy to notice he was there.

Mango meets Dr. Bear. They got along really well, and Dr. Bear once again assured Mango that this visit was for his mommy and not for him.

Sitting with daddy waiting for the Dr. to come in. The magazines we all pretty old, so nothing interesting to read. I think Mango and daddy were looking around for something to get into!

Mango showing mommy just how you are supposed to sit on the examination bed. He was curious to get his blood pressure checked, but I told him that I don't think his stuffing would have much of a pressure to it.

Visit all over and now we are outside checking out the fountain. Its actually pretty cool, but I can't remember what the plaque says. Mango says it said "Blah blah blah blah". I tend to think it probably said a lot more than that.
With the doctors visit over we decided we were all really hungry so we headed to Quiznos.

Of course Mango couldn't decide what he wanted to eat so he instead decided to just pick off our sandwiches instead!

Mango Goes to Walmart

Not very exciting of course but one of Mango's first adventures was going to Walmart with us. He thought it was a bit nuts in there.. way too many people. A couple of people said "Hi" to him though, and said he was cute. He really liked that part. He also was fascinated by the fact that bananas just seem to grow on displays. We had to explain to him how they don't really grow there, and how the whole process of getting food to store works. He got bored about half way through... he just wanted bananas!

He was really caught up in how many there were but then he seen that they had smaller bananas and had to see them too.

Of course all that shopping made us all really hungry so we decided to show Mango what a drive-thru was and headed to Wendy's.

Mango comes home!

Mango is pretty new to our household, but is already making himself right at home, and causing trouble. We are looking forward to seeing all the many adventures this little guy is going to be dragging us into.

Mango is from Katy Texas. Never been there but one of these days maybe we will have to go there. It looks like a cute little place. Here are some pictures of the town taken from the web.

We are so glad the lady that created Mango decided to put him up for adoption. If you would like to have a monkey like Mango for yourself you can find them at ...http://www.etsy.com/people/Americansockmonkey
